Well I Forgot This Detroit Lions Fun Fact

It just dawned on me..

The Detroit Lions haven't been to the playoffs since I was a freshman at Michigan State, but they have an opportunity to do so this year if they win one of their last two games against either San Diego or Green Bay.

The Starting QB for that team was the venerable Gus Frerotte....and Barry Sanders had just retired... egad
